INTEGRATED CONSTRUCTION is Hiring a Project Assistant Superintendent Near Huntsville, AL
General Contractor seeking a Construction Project Superintendent with experience in coordinating all assigned construction project activities and supervises all field personnel, including in-house labor and subcontractors, as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality of work, supervising all trade and field personnel, and administering good construction safety practices per OSHA regulations with all on-site activities. Maintains the jobsite office and closes out projects.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Senior Living/Assisted Living Facilities and/or Hotels is a plus, Wood Frame experience is preferred!
- Must be willing to travel to assigned projects and live near the jobsite location during the duration of the project (12mths-18mnths, depending on the size of the project).
