Our client is a leading Longevity and Health Optimization practice in Madison, Wisconsin. We’re recruiting for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a desire to work in functional and regenerative medicine. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced integrative, functional and longevity providers.
Position offers:
• Longer patient visits: first visit = 1 hour
• 4-day patient facing work week – No call or Weekends

Requirements:
• 3 years clinical experience
• Integrative and Functional Medicine education 
• Experience providing hormone optimization is a plus
