Project Lead
Location: National Capital Region
Clearance: Active TS/SCI
The Project Lead produces cost data, specifically the top-level cost of the Agile team over time, software costs, hardware costs, cloud service and computing (including bandwidth and storage costs), licensing costs, and program management costs for the Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) of Government Owned Software (SW) continuous delivery pipeline.
· Coordinate with the contracting organization’s program office to enable timely problem resolution.
· Properly align staffing requirements.
· Facilitate product reporting in line with Agile delivery methods. Per Agile Scrum, the Contractor’s Project Lead will be expected to work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to develop Product / Sprint plans and reporting in line with Agile Scrum delivery approaches.
Required:
· B.S. degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is required
· Ten (10) years of Experience with computer systems engineering and/or software development
· Familiar with deploying software at the TS/SCI level to NSA Network (NSANet).
· Familiar with NSANet approved tools for system configuration and management (e.g., SIMP, Puppet, Ansible, and CS2 Scripts).
· Have experience with third-party Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) software (e.g., Salvage and WSTL).
· Possess a TS/SCI Clearance
