Cybersecurity Lead

Location: National Capital Region

Clearance: Active TS/SCI

The Cybersecurity Lead assists in the management and oversite for the cybersecurity effort for Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) of Government Owned Software (SW).

Responsibilities

· Facilitate and support activities such as Cybersecurity, Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM), Airworthiness, Safety, and Net-worthiness.

· Assist in documenting Cyber Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to coincide with Program IMS, designate and develop cyber baselines and tests.

· Create documentary for Authority to Operate (ATOs) and plan for cybersecurity protections to be implemented and provide oversight.

· Develop ATOs and IATTs that focus on various elements of the program.

· Plan for, review and implement security waivers as needed.

· The individual will assist the ISSM and ISSO is cyber documentation, cyber presentations to leadership, risk management, security assessments and mitigations, and management.

· Attend and assist in test events, cyber tabletops, and contractor CDRL reviews.

Qualifications

Required:

· B.S. degree in Computer Science or other related field

· Three (3) years of experience in DoD Risk Management Framework

· DoD 8570.01 Cybersecurity/Information Technology Certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire date required

· Five (5) years of experience with Agile development

· Familiarity with deploying software at the TS/SCI level to NSA Network (NSANet).

· Possess a TS/SCI Clearance
