ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual to provide cybersecurity expertise as a Cybersecurity Analyst to our US Navy client in Washington, DC Navy Yard. ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to US government clients.

Security Clearance:

* Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance

Experience Requirements:

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience managing Information Technology systems for Navy/Department of Defense (DoD) clients.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience developing Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for US Navy/DoD clients.
• Must understand Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 1253, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Publications, and other industry best practices.
• Able to review and address US Navy taskers, documentation, and artifacts.
• Able to work with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Hosted Based Security System (HBSS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), and other automated tools to support compliance, verification and validation activities.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.

  Education & Certification Requirements:

• Security , or CISM, or CISSP certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Cybersecurity or related field (preferred)
• Navy Qualified Validator Level 1 or 2 (preferred)
