RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE • Payment Receipting • Issuing reminder statements and follow up phone calls to outstanding debtors • Investigating and resolving account queries • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end management of designated ledger. • Achieving collection targets • Record retention • Manage and assess new patient accounts and claims • Assist all customers with accounts related enquiries • Solid Excel/Word knowledge • General administration including, printing, filing, minute taking, ABOUT YOU • Experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer in the Health industry (highly regarded but not essential) • Accurate processing at a high speed • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to time manage with a steady inflow of work and strict deadlines • Demonstrated effective planning, organisational and analytical solving skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team • Ability to work on flexible work schedules • 'Can-do” attitude Is this opportunity for you?
