Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide at Integra Home Health, located in the Springfield, Massachusetts area.

The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing daily living assistance to elderly or disabled patients at the patient's home.

This may include bathing, dressing, obseving medicine, and helping with daily activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.

The Home Health Aide will also monitor patient's condition and report any changes to staff.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in home health care preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
