Your Role:

As a technology analyst, you will be at the forefront of our compliance efforts, working alongside industry experts to ensure adherence to both U.S. and non-U.S. regulatory requirements. From mastering automated compliance monitoring systems to developing and implementing groundbreaking technology solutions, your contributions will shape the future of compliance in Intech.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret client investment guidelines with precision and mastery of automated compliance monitoring systems.
• Conduct in-depth research on potential exceptions and facilitate follow-up as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete periodic client compliance certifications and address ad hoc requests.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in existing technology systems and processes.
• Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to automate compliance processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Provide training and support to users of compliance technology systems.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to compliance.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years experience in the financial services or banking industry, preferably with traditional back-office processes.
• Experience in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database management preferred
• General knowledge of federal securities laws, investment limitations, and policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with newer and emerging technology and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
