Job Summary

The Community Manager is responsible for achieving the highest possible property net operating income through implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs.

Specifically, the Community Manager will develop and implement marketing plans, operating budgets and forecasts to meet the company and owner's objectives. Experience with Yardi a plus.

In addition to the base rate INT Associates have the potential to earn up to an additional 35% of their base compensation in bonuses and commissions.

3 Year Experience as a Property Manager with Lease-Up community preferred.
