INSYNCSTAFFING.COM is Hiring a Creative Designer Near Redwood, CA
Pay Rate: $64.00 - $64.50/hr
Location: Redwood City, CA 94063
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing materials, including print ads, POS, web assets, digital media, tradeshow graphics, etc.
- Demonstrates in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in graphic design, and basic knowledge of related areas such as merchandising, advertising,, marketing, licensing, and co-branding.
- Ensure accuracy by understanding and applying the master brand guidelines, creative process, and internal proofing.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and possess eagerness to learn.
- Balance multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders: project managers, marketing leads, and external vendors to execute design concepts.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of digital and/or print design experience
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
- High proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Figma on Mac OS
- Experience designing for a variety of media, between digital and print
- Documented experience creating print graphics and working with vendors to project completion
- Earnest to apply organizational, design, and time-management skills
- High level understanding of branding, advertising, online marketing and media concepts
- Able to fold the big idea through a wide range of media
- Ready to present and communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling way
- Conceptual thinker that can generate multiple ideas and solutions to design tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
- Enjoy the ability to work autonomously on assignments
