Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions
- Process cash register transactions and handle cash accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:
- Fluent in and English and Spanish
- Strong retail math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of technology sales and electronics products is a plus
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
