Job Summary

The Client Support Specialist assists in daily processing of incoming and outgoing business to the department

providing prompt efficient high-quality service. This role supports the activities of designated Account Managers in

Commercial Lines

Responsibilities

Audit Processing when received form the carrier, referring to the CAM when applicable per audit procedures

Process endorsements and change requests by reviewing them for accuracy after ordered by CAM, including

follow up with carrier as needed

Update Policy information, billing screens (co. commissions, producer codes, company codes, status codes)

Assisting in premium finance follow-up with clients or carriers as necessary

Agency Bill Invoicing when processing Endorsements /Audits

Assist in obtaining and filing electronic documents from applicable carrier websites into Image right

Requirements

  • Will obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license in the State of Ohio within 6 months of hire
  • Keep P&C License taking classes related to your duties example CISR
  • Attention to detail to understand missing or needed coverages on renewals or endorsements
  • Able to work/navigate in all carrier websites to pull renewals, endorsements, invoices
  • Work within/create Excel and word documents
  • High school diploma or GED;
  • Proficient in AMS-360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office and use of the internet.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and demonstrate adherence to Agency guidelines and procedures.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communication.
