Maintenance Technician

Conduct all business in accordance with OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.
Perform maintenance tasks and schedule accordingly to ensure all resident and vacant unit requests are completed in a timely manner
Excellent curb appeal and attention to detail
Must know and be able to work proficiently in plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general punch items
Physical requirements: 66%-100% of time will be on feet.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and climb ladders

Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Leadership skills for supervising maintenance staff
