• Has previous experience in customer service or a support role; preferably one or two years.
• Is an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• Can think critically, showcasing great problem-solving abilities.
• Approaches customer interactions with patience and empathy.
• Can multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Has basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Can work independently without supervision
• Has the ability to work with sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Can adapt to change quickly
• Anticipates and solves problems
• Can work with a wide range of diverse internal and external constituencies
• Able to manage multiple activities/projects
• Can work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
• Comfortable being on camera in virtual meetings
• Willing to work both On-campus and some remote scheduled time
• Comfortable with multiple technology systems

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Flexible schedule required, including some nights and weekends.
