Title : HR Support Services Specialist

Location : Charlotte, NC-Hybrid

Duration : 6-month contract to start

Compensation : $20-25 / hour

Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Roles / Responsibilities :

• Transactional / Administrative : Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes in Workday and in payroll / time and attendance system (Kronos / UKG)
• Document Management : Delivers digital and physical record and document management services within Workday.
• HR Reporting : Provides support in HR functional reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through development and maintenance of reports regarding HR metrics.

Skillset / Experience :

• At least intermediate knowledge of the systems used in HR : Workday, ServiceNow, UKG Pro and Kronos, etc.
• Proficiency Excel and Power BI, in line with the functional scope.
• Experience with time and attendance
