Job Description:

Top Preferred Skills: Experience designing comprehensive Salesforce solution for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities. Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST APIs and coding in APEX. This individual is collaborative and has worked within an Agile environment. Experience with UI design is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities will focus on building custom business applications and solutions by writing code in APEX LWC/Aura.
• Solution design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud
• Develop integration cross Salesforce instances
• Responsible for customizing, developing and supporting solutions on the force.com platform, drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements
• Build integration between Salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes
• Develop custom code, perform code reviews and ensure successful deployments
• Preferred Skills/Experience
• Experience with Salesforce Service cloud, community cloud and CTI integration (Amazon Connect)
• Five years of experience as a Salesforce developer
• Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities
• Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integration
• Experience with system migrations Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture
• Expert knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance, system testing tools and system/application testing and implementation
• Entirely self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation, can solve business problems without explicit direction
• Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes
• Strong time management skills and communication/leadership skills
• Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
