Trissential is currently seeking a Senior Consultant, Salesforce Develope r to join our client team in Minneapolis, MN (Remote) .

Responsibilities:

Trissential is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Salesforce Developer to provide innovative solutions for business needs while balancing effort and feasibility with cost and maintainability. A successful candidate will have a solid record of delivering technical solutions under timeline and budget constraints and a proven track record of working efficiently with business and technical teams. This role involves not only application development, but also project management, business and technical analysis, training, mentoring, innovation, collaboration and supporting other technical and business resources.

  • Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support
  • Develop high-quality and scalable application logic with Apex and SOQL
  • Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies
  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrate Salesforce.com with other systems
  • Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Advocate Salesforce.com usage and mentor junior members of the development team
  • Partner with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and Service to implement and rollout cloud applications across NMDP
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
  • Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end users
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or other, related field preferred. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement
  • 4 years of Salesforce application development, including code-based and declarative techniques
  • Extensive experience with Software Development Life Cycle best practices
  • Experience working with Health Cloud is a must
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • Lightning Framework, Apex, JavaScript, Aura and Component-based frameworks
  • Web development best practices, especially application security
  • The tradeoffs of development on a multi-tenant platform with known limits
  • Extensive experience with Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds
Skills:
  • Collaborate efficiently with business and technical teams
  • Demonstrate understanding and ability to articulate complex requirements
Desired Skills:
  • Salesforce Developer Advanced Certification
  • Custom development experience on other platforms (i.e., C#, Java, Python)
  • Experience in a Scrum/Agile development environment
  • Understanding and experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools
  • Willingness to learn and use new technologies
  • Experience in a non-profit environment
Benefits:

Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $65 to $75 based on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
