Job Description:
The Manager of Enterprise Integration & Data Analytics is responsible for leading a team of analysts and engineers focused on company's Enterprise Integration and Data Platforms including Boomi, Snowflake, and Tableau. Modern data warehouse, and data integrations on Azure, AWS and API development. This position is responsible for overseeing project delivery as well as managing L2/L3 support responsibilities all associated with these systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide value to the business by driving all technical aspects of project and product delivery.
• Lead and coach a team of BI analysts, and data integration engineers responsible for delivering high-quality and actionable data, analysis, and resilient data integrations.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise information management program roadmap.
• Manage a portfolio of analytics and Integration projects, including demand intake and resource allocation governance.
• Use domain knowledge to act as a gatekeeper to ensure that all projects and products are built to an appropriate level of quality.
• Partner with multiple SAFe Agile stakeholders, personas, and users to design and deploy technical solutions that will deliver value to the business.
• Manage the data governance and security of the company's Snowflake and Tableau reporting environments to ensure the right people have access to the appropriate data for their needs.
• Provide thought leadership on data management activities like data cataloging, data definition, and business glossary in support of semantic models.
• Guide the development of scalable data architecture and ensure systems are engineered for optimal availability, reliability, scalability, and performance
• Drive accuracy and consistency in data acquisition and reporting.
• Mentor and help drive operational excellence from the enterprise information management team.
• Lead a team of integration developers in delivering quality API and integration solutions, using Boomi and other current technologies and best practices.
• Research information on new, emerging technologies and methods in API management & Integration and provide architectural and design guidance to the development team.

Skillset / Experience:
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8 years of hands-on and hands-off software development experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• 5 years of Experience with the Boomi integration platform to connect cloud and on-premise application and data.
• 5 years with modern data platforms including Snowflake, Tableau Server or similar technologies.
• Strong technical background with software engineering; technical management experience a plus.
• Experience with data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytics tools
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise data warehouse solutions.

• Understanding of key concepts and patterns related to project integration, both application and infrastructure level.
• Proficiency in working with engineering teams to design, scope, and shepherd features through deployment and adoption.
• Ability to create functional specs, project / release plans, and roadmaps.
• Power to influence peers/managers and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity.
• Capacity to own and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred focus knowledge:

• Knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge with Integration and Data platforms including Boomi, Snowlflake, Tableau.
  • Ability to clearly translate customer demand intake into a Themes, Capabilities, Features and actionable User Stories
  • Experience with SAFe Agile methodology a plus
  • Coding/Scripting language experience with JavaScript, Python, C
