Inspired Homecare is hiring a Full Time Home Health Patient Care Liaison! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with hospital and physician case managers to promote our exceptional home health services.

You'll be the go-to person for healthcare providers and patients alike, spreading the word about our compassionate and high-quality care.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A HOME HEALTH - MARKETER

As a Home Health Marketer with Inspired Homecare, your connecting with healthcare providers and building relationships with patients who can benefit from our exceptional home health services.

You will collaborate with our team to develop marketing strategies, track referral sources, and analyze market trends. You'll also be responsible for conducting follow-ups with patients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • Develop, maintain and create relationships with physicians, discharge planners and case managers.
  • Regularly schedule and conduct visits to referring offices to offer assistance to patients who may qualify for home health services.
  • Maintain current knowledge of agency, market trends, coverage criteria and industry changes to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Previous experience in healthcare; home health required
  • Existing knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Understanding of Medicare and insurance requirements
  • Must be detail oriented. Able to multi-task and possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
