We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our growing team! You will serve as the face of our company to support and educate our investment advisors.

Some of what you'll be doing:

• Support financial advisors by identifying and rectifying issues that are not in good order (NIGO)
• Partner with accommodator to register and process funds
• Issue client contracts and accounts
• Own the distribution process to investors
• Complete investor change forms
• Work with internal teams to process commissions to broker dealers
• Partner with banks and custodians for distribution of income
• Promote sales and marketing initiatives

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree, or in process of obtaining; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in a high volume environment is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and high level accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time and other constraints
