Job description:

Heritage Family Offices, LLP is a multidisciplinary firm comprised of attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors. By combining multiple professionals, our firm delivers a uniquely comprehensive professional service experience. The CRA role is an essential part of that experience. They provide service and sales support to Relationship Managers as they serve and grow the firms book of business. Their primary objective is to make sure we are delivering an exceptional customer service experience for the clients we serve. The CRA will generally handle all service-related tasks associated with managing a client’s relationship. This includes, but is not limited to: onboarding new clients, submitting and following through with service requests, contacting clients on behalf of RMs, scheduling meetings, attending client meetings and taking notes, following through with meeting takeaways, sending out reports, and following up to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Skills:

• Proven work experience in the Financial Services industry
• Customer service experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers and scanners)
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Series 65 or equivalent is preferred but not required
