The Pony Express Veterinary Hospital, an Inspire Veterinary Hospital, is currently seeking a dedicated part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our esteemed team. Our team is dedicated to promoting Fear Free and Low-Stress Handling standards in veterinary medicine, ensuring that every interaction with our clinic is met with understanding, empathy, and expertise. Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or veterinary reception preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with veterinary software preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
