Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources.
- Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that funds are allocated appropriately and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to program operations.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless integration of services and effective coordination of care.
- Monitor program outcomes and make adjustments as needed to ensure that goals are being met.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in the field of behavioral health and developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with addiction disorders or behavioral health needs.
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, program development, and supervision.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to program operations.
- Previous experience in program management or a similar role is preferred.
