Inspire Horizons is Hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Near Valley, AZ

Welcome to Inspire Horizons - discover how we do things differently!

At Inspire Horizons, we're not your typical therapy center. We’re building a united community that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to break down barriers to help children (typical ages 2 – 8) with developmental delays and disabilities.

Wondering what it's like as a SLPA at Inspire Horizons?
  • For full-time team members, doc time blocks every day: We don’t believe in back-to-back sessions all day long. You’ll have documentation time every morning and afternoon every day.
  • Clinical collaboration: We come together in small groups with every therapy discipline represented to review and collaborate on a patient we’re seeing to improve the approach of care.
  • Lunch and learns: We host sessions for either our current clinicians each month to present research or an approach they’re passionate about to the Inspire team.
  • Guaranteed Supervision: There is guaranteed time in your schedule for your professional development to receive support and feedback from your supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical leadership opportunities: We not just have optional opportunities to give back to the field by developing new SLPAs, but there is mobility to be trained to take on clinical leadership roles managing teams and clinics.
