Inspire Horizons is Hiring an Occupational Therapist Near Anthem, AZ
- No travel: We don’t do home services, and you’ll work at your assigned location every day.
- Guaranteed consistent compensation: regardless of a patient cancellation or indirect administrative time.
- For full-time team members, one hour of paid admin time every day: We don’t believe in back-to-back sessions all day long. You’ll have documentation time every morning and afternoon every day. The entire center shuts down during these times; everyone can lean on each other.
- Clinical collaboration: We come together in small groups with every therapy discipline represented to review and collaborate on a patient we’re seeing to improve the approach of care.
- Clinical leadership opportunities: We not just have optional opportunities to give back to the field by developing COTAs and new grad OTs, but there is mobility to have the training and support to take on clinical leadership roles managing small teams, single locations, and even regions.

- For part-time flexible schedule options: You can commit anywhere between 16 – 26hrs/week through our morning shift, afternoon shift, or 10-hr shift; a 6-month commitment is required before you change your shift schedule again.
