Inspira Behavior is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Stockton, CA

Position Description

Inspira Behavior & Advocacy Specialists is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in San Joaquin. The BCBA will be responsible for providing supervisory oversight to our wonderful Behavior Technicians. The BCBA will conduct behavioral evaluations, direct behavioral plan development for clients and provide Supervision & Parent Consultation for Inspira’s clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts functional behavioral assessments, identifying the likely functions of challenging behavior and identifying socially appropriate replacement behaviors.
  • Develops treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidence-based behavioral strategies in a format accessible to family members, professionals and insurance providers.
  • Develops strong collaborative relationships and trains families, caregivers, and school staff to implement effective interventions across relevant environments.
  • Provides initial and ongoing supervision and training of behavior technicians, ensuring treatment integrity and supporting professional growth.
  • Regularly monitors client progress and evaluates treatment effectiveness.
  • Selects clinical intervention decisions based on client progress and goals in collaboration with the client’s stakeholders.
  • Prepares written behavior intervention and support plans.
  • Completes reports and other paperwork within the established time frames.
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary.
  • BCBA will be reporting to Director on a weekly basis and will be given support from Inspira's team of BCBAs.

Qualifications:

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), as certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs in home settings.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Commitment to excellence in applied behavior analysis.
  • Current TB Test (as applicable per state and/or client requirement).
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $98,144.00 per year
