We are currently looking for a QA inspector throughout Florida to audit inspection reports.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Audit inspection reports for insurance's underwriting purposes
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and requirements
- Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology
- Has construction knowledge
- Comfortable with Replacement Cost Valuations
- Great computer skills, including database management
- Home Inspector license preferred*
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
