The Senior Associate, Accounts Payable will be responsible and accountable for managing the intake of requests from Insmed’s suppliers and employees. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to support tickets to assist with the resolution of requests, providing requested documentation as appropriate, and investigating and resolving inquiries. The position will also be required to apply judgment to determine when inquiries need to be delegated or escalated to the appropriate team member.
Responsibilities will also include processing invoices, making payments, collaborating with colleagues within the procurement function, as well as ad hoc projects primarily focused on gaining efficiencies within the Accounts Payable space.
The ideal candidate will be able to process data efficiently with a compliance mindset, be able to work independently, and have the ability to multitask. This position will be required to maintain positive relationships with employees and suppliers, while enforcing Insmed’s policies and procedures, in order to maintain the integrity of financial records.
