As a Sales Compensation Lead at Insight, your primary responsibility will be to design, analyze, model, and implement Insight's variable compensation programs globally. In addition, your role will ensure that variable compensation initiatives drive Insight's strategic objectives and ensure that these initiatives are in alignment with the Insight's overall vision.

The base salary range for this position is typically $110,000 to $135,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
