Our client, a prominent organization in the Department of Defense (DoD) sector, is seeking an experienced individual to serve as a principal advisor on all matters pertaining to information systems security, specifically within Special Access Programs (SAPs).

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities while ensuring compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG).

With your extensive experience and expertise, you would have the opportunity to :

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of information system security program policy
• Provide guidance on Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment and authorization issues
• Ensure that all IAOs, network administrators, and cyber security personnel receive the necessary technical and security training
• Develop and implement a Configuration Control Board (CCB) charter
• Participate in self-inspections and much more

The ideal candidate for this role would possess :

• 7 years of related experience
• Prior performance in the roles of ISSO and ISSM or SCA
• SAP experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• IAT Level III certification such as CISSP, CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, etc.
• TS / SCI clearance required with Poly eligibility
