Required Skills & Experience
- At least a 2-year associate degree
- 2 years progressive experience in a transportation or logistics role
- Experience with carrier management
- Experience with utilizing ERP systems for reporting and data analysis
- Experience using dashboard management tools Experience with detailed load planning and execution
- Experience leading teams or projects
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with D365 & Carrierpoint TMS
- 5 years progressive experience with logistics management & tracking
- Experience in manufacturing planning & scheduling
- Experience creating transportation management dashboards
- Experience in a manufacturing industry Experience with process documentation and process improvement
- Understanding of how to impact profitability through logistics management
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
