Overview:
An oncology healthcare provider is seeking a Locum Medical Physicist to join their South Austin and El Paso locations. The South Austin clinic is equipped with two Varian iX linacs, Brainlab Exactrac, and an Elekta-HDR system. They run very busy programs, including Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), and Total Body Irradiation (TBI), along with therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and TSET. The level of activity and the advanced nature of our treatment offerings necessitate a professional with significant experience and a robust understanding of modern radiation therapy technologies and treatment planning systems.
Must Haves:
-ABR Certified
-Texas license (or willing to renew Texas license)
-Able to get RAM license for HDR
-Comfortable in fast paced environment
