Insight Global's client within Food Equipment Distribution, located in Corona, CA is looking for the right person to support our customer’s needs, help continue our growth, and be a positive continuing team member of our company culture.

Key Responsibilities :

How You’ll Do It

• Quickly learn equipment parts, what they do, and whom we buy if from.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding parts and other customer service needs.
• Draft and present quotes to customers for parts and supplies in a compelling way.
• Follow up on current and past quotes.
• Cross-sell additional parts, service, and supplies.
• Create Purchase Orders for parts and supplies as needed.
• Pick / Pack / Ship / Receive Orders when needed
• Communicate accurately and effectively with customers and fellow team members

• 2 years of successful Inside sales experience (preferably within the food processing equipment industry or similar)
• Someone is enjoys wearing many hats (ie. Inside sales, customer service, shipping & receiving, purchasing).

Preferred

Track record of successful customer service experience.

Required

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity
• Energy and enthusiasm

Benefits and Compensation

$55,000 - $75,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
