Insight Global is Hiring a Desktop support technician Near Greensburg, PA
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST (no overtime).
Location : 800 Cabin Hill Dr Greensburg, PA 15601
As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to First Energy employees both onsite and remotely.
Your primary duties will include :
Experience :
- 12-24 months in Enterprise Desktop Support.
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Certification : CompTIA A (preferred but not mandatory).
Responsibilities
Desktop / Laptop Break / Fix :
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support for standard desktop and laptop issues.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
Meeting Room Equipment Management :
Install and manage equipment in meeting rooms (projectors, laptops, videoconferencing systems).
Incident Monitoring and Resolution :
