Job Summary:
Insight Global Health is seeking multiple Registered Nurses in different specialties to work at the only regions level I trauma facility in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. The Registered Nurses promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The RN utilizes knowledge derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate culturally based and age specific patient care.

Duties:
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic tests
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and adjust medical equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records systems (e.g., Cerner)
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and protocols, including those related to HIPAA compliance

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of OH or a compact license
- 1-2 years of experience at a level I trauma hospital OR 3-5 years of experience in a level II trauma facility
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
