Requirements for RN, Registered Nurse:

• Must have a current & valid RN license in The State of Kentucky

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse:

• Working as a team player, provides caring and clinically-astute patient care
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
• Communicate, consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Maintains accurate and detailed documentation
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
