Insight Global is Hiring a Cash Application Specialist Near Amherst, OH
Title: Cash Application Specialist
Location: Amherst, OH - hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Pay: Up to $25/HR
Must Haves:
- Experience with Cash Application
- Degree or certifications in Accounting; 8 years of experience if no Degree or Certs
Plusses:
- SAP Experience
- Experienced with Power BI
- Experienced with Cerrela
Day to day:
Insight Global is looking for a Cash Application specialist to work hybrid on site at their Amherst location 3 days/week onsite. This person will be doing lots of individual work, primarily working with internal resources and interacting with the AR team. The majority of the role will be focused around posting cash and making sure things are done accurately. The team consists of one other Cash Specialist and the Supervisor.
Main responsibilities include:
- Helping with posting incoming payments, electronically or checks received in to lock box
- Posting credit card payments
- General ledger adjustments
- Month-end reports and reconciliations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.84 - $25.00 per hour
