Position: Capture Director
Location (hybrid or remote flexibility if applicable): Fairfax, travel in the DMV area
Shifts/Schedule: Monday – Friday core business hours
Contract/Perm : Perm
Fully Funded: Yes
Salary: $215k- $245k
Clearance : Secret, can cage higher
Must Haves:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) experience
- 10 years of experience and a Bachelor Degree, 8 years of experience and a Masters Degree, or 14 years of experience and a High School Diploma
- Proven track records in capturing/winning large programs within the federal spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
- General Services Administration (GSA), One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS), ASTRO, or IAC MAC experience
Job Description:
An employer is looking for a Capture Director to sit onsite in Fairfax, VA. The Capture Director will be responsible for producing capture efforts throughout the entire capture and proposal process from opportunity identification to contract start. This candidate will lead and manage all internal and team stakeholder relationships to produce a proposal that is compliant and meets the RFP requirements. They will be developing the price to win based on an analysis of the incumbents winning price, contract performance history, the customers buying practices and recent awards of similar contracts.
