- 2 years of experience in a collision/body shop environment
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working on the road.
- Previous experience as a facilitator or trainer.
- Microsoft suit expert (teams, excel, outlook, word, etc.)

Insight Global is looking for an Implementation Coach for one of our large clients. Our client has a large initiative for 2024 that involves changing the point of sale (POS) system for all locations of one of their branches. This person will act as point of contact for all end users of the new POS system roll out. This role will be primarily responsible for training, developing, and "coaching" all end users on how to properly operate the new software. This will require an overall understanding of the collision/body shop industry. They will be primarily going to store front to store front helping all users get familiar with the new system and coach them on being proficient within the new platform. Communication is key as this person will be responsible for interacting with clients and all employees at the store locations in the designed territory.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
