We are currently seeking a Data Analyst that will primarily be working within Accela. The main function of this individual will be to work directly with management to generate, analyze, and interpret reports within Accela to identify inefficiencies. Weekly, it will be required to pull a variety of reports, scrub large data sets removing irrelevant information, and consolidating findings to presentation form for management. Additionally, this person may be required to assist with a variety of tasks such as optimizing travel schedules for the field team based on data sets, create SOPs for new hires on how to use Accela, interact with IT and other departments for updates, etc. The ideal person for this role will have a strong Accela background as a user (programming experience in Accela not required), have a great attention to detail, experienced identifying inefficiencies through data and knows how to present upon this data. This role will start off as an onsite role but can have hybrid remote flexibility for the right candidate.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Data Analysis experience
• Experience working within Accela or similar program (Accela Building module highly preferred)
• Experienced pulling and building reports for management.
• Strong analytical skills
