Under the direction of the I.T. Helpdesk / Desktop manager, the Support Specialist provides efficient and flexible desktopsupport services with a strong customer service commitment.
The Support Specialist will provide secondlevel of support to issues reported as well as desktop administration of computersystems and related peripherals, classroom technology support, and will provideHelp Desk customer support.
Will beworking in a clinical and academic environments. Travelis limited to CHS Campus, CHS clinical locations, and training sessions.
Between 10 and 30% of time spent on this jobis devoted to travel.
