Job Summary :

Under the direction of the I.T. Helpdesk / Desktop manager, the Support Specialist provides efficient and flexible desktopsupport services with a strong customer service commitment.

The Support Specialist will provide secondlevel of support to issues reported as well as desktop administration of computersystems and related peripherals, classroom technology support, and will provideHelp Desk customer support.

Will beworking in a clinical and academic environments. Travelis limited to CHS Campus, CHS clinical locations, and training sessions.

Between 10 and 30% of time spent on this jobis devoted to travel.

Physical Requirements :

  • Lifting and carrying equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to perform work in very tight places
  • Able to climb ladders and work overhead
  • Able to stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications :

Required :

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years combined computer related education and / or experience
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Microsoft Office Suite 2013
  • Mac OS, IOS and android devices
  • Desktop computer hardware
