Test Center Administrator
Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for a Test Center Administrator (Time Limited with Benefits) in the Academic Testing Center.
and scheduling reconciliation of various exam companies daily.
Requirements : A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two (2) years’ experience in a professional office setting required.
Six (6) months experience in standardized testing, working with scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
Certifications for administering exams from Professional testing companies preferred, including : ATI / TEAS, ETS / Prometric, Pearson VUE, PSI, PAN, Kryterion, Meazure Learning / Scantron / Castle Worldwid, Miller Analogies, PROV, and CLEP.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Knowledge and use of general office equipment copy, scan, shredder, computer, printer, telephone. Ability to troubleshoot issues that may occur with testing software or computer hardware and be able to communicate them to others.
Ability to work well with people. Use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Use of RegisterBlast scheduling software and maintenance of ATC schedules for each testing company.
Individual must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks at one time. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner, including the swap out computers, cables, and accessories as needed.
