Peer Career Advisors (PCAs) are responsible for helping students become career ready. PCAs meet with students face-to-face / virtually by appointment for resume critiques, cover letter reviews and mock interviewing, along with other career ready topics.

Job Duties : · Assist students with resume / cover letter building; interviewing questions / tips· Aid with departmental functions, such as career fairs, events, on-campus interviews, and job database maintenance· Assist students with appointment-making· Help visitors with questions· Adhere to all university policies and procedures· Attend trainings and meetings as required (Wednesday 4PM Roundup )· Demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, and punctuality
