We are simplifying our program and seeking a trustworthy, positive, personable, and experienced Preschool Director to manage the operations at a school of 80 children from young toddlers to 1st grade. The schedule would typically be Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Our Preschool Director is expected to manage the day-to-day operations with the Dean of Operations which include the following summary:

• Direct management of the coordinators and teachers and supporting each member of our team
• Ensure personnel and families adhere to and understand all policies and procedures
• Complete daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual tasks on schedule
• Participate and assist in planning meetings and training sessions
• Inventory, purchasing, and budgeting
• Model conflict resolution by communicating directly with individuals involved and collaborating to develop solutions with respect and kindness
• Demonstrate flexibility and openness to new ideas in early education practices under the Executive Director's guidance to develop and implement new and existing plans

The Preschool Director of Inquisitive Minds would display the following:

IQM School Directors are required to have the following:
· A bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a closely related field or a qualifying NAC certification with a minimum of 60 ECE hours
· 3-5 years of early childhood/education experience and management experience as a Director or Assistant Director in a school or childcare setting (combined experience)
