Requirements for consideration:

Minimum Education:

• Associate degree in business, Marketing, sales or other related field.

Years of Experience:

• 1 year of experience in Sales, Fundraising, recruitment, or other related experience in healthcare or high-volume service industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains internal relationships to assist in meeting the mission of Inova Blood Donor Services. 
• This role helps Inova Health System achieve its mission by developing leads for blood drive sponsorships through participation in the community of assigned geographical territory. 
• The Account Manager establishes and maintains prospective and blood drive coordinator relationships to develop and sustain customer loyalty and retention.
• Attends Chamber of Commerce meetings and other similar meetings as scheduled within the territory.
• Educates and trains Blood Drive Coordinators to ensure a clear understanding of the tasks involved, as well as the commitment required to conduct a successful blood drive.
• Other duties as assigned.
