Inova Staffing seeks to fill a direct hire 1st shift quality control specialist role, offering variable pay based on the candidate's experience level.

Located in Mentor, OH, one of our clients aims to hire someone to spearhead their ISO 9001 program implementation, targeting certification by 2024.Responsibilities include :

  • Inspecting and approving incoming materials
  • Monitoring production processes, conducting tests, and making necessary adjustments
  • Approving finished products, managing re-work processes, and documenting results
  • Maintaining measurement equipment and arranging repairs as needed

Advanced responsibilities entail :

  • Developing strategies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
  • Creating and executing quality assurance protocols throughout production
  • Ensuring products meet customer and industry standards
  • Overseeing the implementation of ISO 9001 : 2015 and OHSA safety standards
