Description
Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Chattanooga is East Tennessee’s premier veterinary provider of emergency and specialty services. Our highly trained and compassionate team provides advanced veterinary services including 24-hour Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Oncology, & Internal Medicine. Because we are a 24-hour facility, nights and holidays may be required.
Here is What Your day May Consist of:
- Intravenous catheter placement and venipuncture
- Administer drugs (IV, SQ, Oral)
- Assists with radiographic procedures
- Perform diagnostic blood, urine, and fecal testing
- Provide care to hospitalized patients
- Manage invoicing of patients
- Client communication and education
- Admitting and discharging patients
Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:
- At least 2 years of clinical experience are required
- Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow and a passion for saving the lives of animals
