Position Details:
- Downloads requirement data into CAM software for efficient integration into the manufacturing process.
- Develop machining programs incorporating appropriate tooling and feed rates for optimal production efficiency.
- Utilizes sequences to generate roughing and finishing machine paths.
- Collaborate with designers to confirm model specifications and tooling requirements for machining.
- Perform independent setups for machining operations.
- Inspect workpieces, this includes mic’s, calipers, and height gauges.
- 1st shift: 5:00am-1:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm
- Monday-Friday
- Mandatory Overtime.
Requirements:
- High School degree or GED required.
- 4 years of molding an machine operator experience required.
- CNC operator experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
