Position Details:

• Download requirement data into CAM software and create machining programs with correct tooling and feed rates.
• Work off of sequences to create roughing and finishing machine paths.
• Perform own setups for machining operations.
• Collaborate with supervisor, scheduler, and shop foreman to understand tooling and machining order.
• Coordinate with designers to verify models and machining specifications.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously if required.
• Inspect workpieces using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of CNC tooling.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• 1st shift: 5:00am-1:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Monday-Friday
• Mandatory Overtime.

Requirements:

• High School degree or GED required.
• 4 years of molding an machine operator experience required.
• CNC operator experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
