Innovative Restorations is looking for a qualified Construction Project Manager for fire restoration and repairs.

This is a construction management job, we expect you have experience and if you don't you need not apply.

We are looking for the following qualifications

• Valid drivers license and good driving record.
• 10 years experience in residential new construction
• Past project management experience
• Good verbal communicator
• Organized and professional
• Clean cut and well dressed (this is construction but we are professionals!)

Compensation will be a base salary plus commissions based on gross profit of your projects. This is a well established role with potential to earn more than $100,000/year consistently. 

We are hiring to manage fire damaged houses and water damaged houses to repair them. You will work with a scope that was agreed upon by the insurance carrier and the property owner and you will manage getting that work completed.

Change orders are a part of the process and we don't work for free so getting those additional items agreed to is important before we perform the work. You need to have good verbal communication skills to communicate this. If you tend to shy away from difficult conversations then this job is NOT for you.

Dealing with sub contractors will be a must, getting them to do quality work, On time and in budget will be necessary so if you can't manage people well then this may not be good for you.
